FotoCube allows you to upload, transfer, display, or manage photos, videos, artwork, and other content.

- Between your mobile device and FotoCube devices;
- Through our cloud infrastructure when cloud synchronization or remote transfer is enabled; or
- By third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to provide a specific feature.
We do not use your personal photos or calendar content for advertising purposes.
Where a feature requires a third-party service to process your content, we will provide appropriate information about that processing.
1.4 Calendar and Scheduling Information
If you connect a supported calendar service, such as Google Calendar, we may process calendar information necessary to provide calendar synchronization and related features. This may include:
- Calendar names;
- Event titles;
- Event dates and times;
- Event locations;
- Event descriptions;
- Event participants, where provided by the connected calendar service;
- Calendar identifiers and synchronization information.
We use this information only to provide the calendar synchronization and related functionality you request. We do not use calendar content for targeted advertising.

Where reasonably possible, we use aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise minimized information for these purposes.

4.Third-Party Service Providers

- Cloudflare: Domain, network, security, and performance services.
- Google Services: Google Calendar APIs and Firebase Cloud Messaging for calendar synchronization and push notifications.
- Apple Services: Push notifications and platform-related services.
- Novita AI: AI-assisted image generation or transformation services. If you use a feature that sends content to an AI provider, content is transmitted solely to provide that requested feature.
We do not authorize our service providers to use your personal information for their own independent advertising purposes. Where required by applicable law, we enter into appropriate contractual arrangements with service providers.
5.Google Calendar and Third-Party Account Connections
FotoCube may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Calendar. When you choose to connect a third-party service:
- We access only the information necessary to provide the requested functionality;
- We use the information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
- We do not sell connected calendar information;
- We do not use connected calendar information for targeted advertising.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. You may disconnect a third-party account at any time through the applicable account or service settings.
